Our work

Garden projects

These are gardens finished by the team behind Norwich Landscapers, photographed on the day the work was done: new lawns, patios, paths, edges and boundaries in gardens across Norwich and Norfolk.

Finished gardens

Every photograph shows real work by the James Steven Landscapes & Lawns team, not stock images. A new lawn is always at its most striking on the day it is laid, with stripes from its first cut; good preparation is what keeps it looking that way.

What to look for in a finished garden

When you look at any landscaper's photographs, look past the colour of the grass. Check that lawn edges run in clean lines or smooth curves, that paving meets the lawn at the same height so a mower can run straight over it, and that paths and patios fall gently away from the house rather than towards it.

Those details come from the ground preparation and setting out, long before the last roll of turf goes down. They are what we take most care over, because they are what decides how a garden looks in its second and third summer, not just on the first day.
